If you have placed an order already, you can check its status online at our Order Status section. You will need to enter your order number online and we will retrieve details about your order instantly. To find out about when you will receive the product, please visit the delivery section in our Legal Information page for more information.
Kepastore's return policy allows a customer to refund a product within 30 days of purchase, following the day of shipment of the product. You must first apply for a Return Authorisation Number(RAN) by contacting Kepastore, and this number will be placed on the outside of the returned Product's container. Damaged and missing parts may incur restocking fees. Kepastore will not accept refunds for any opened products, and products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Kepastore. Kepastore retains the right to refuse any refunds without RAN or incur extra charges.
Cancellation is possible if the order placed has not yet been processed by Kepastore. You must contact Kepastore as soon as you decide to cancel any orders, and confirm with Kepastore the status of your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped out, cancellation will not be accepted and you are liable to complete the payment for the order.
Kepastore is an Australian business and will only ship to addresses within Australia. We cannot ship to P.O boxes. For consumers overseas, we value your interest in our products and are developing to expand our shipping locations worldwide.
A receipt will be sent to your email immediately after you submit an order to Kepastore. If under any circumstances you have lost or cannot find this, you can obtain a receipt from our Order Status.
Please note that we will require your Order Number and the Email Address that you provided at the time of purchase.

Kepastore holds a 9 month warranty for most of the products from our store. All Sony products are under Sony's global warranty. For all other products, please contact Kepastore for specific warranty details on your product.
Yes Kepastore is continually expanding our product range to encompass all our customers' wants and needs. Although Kepastore is mainly offering electronic and computer equipment, we are growing towards a one-stop station where customers will be able to purchase a much greater diversity of products.
