PICKUPS

Please note that we do not allow pickups of items. Please see our table above for the appropriate shipping cost to send this item to you.


Delivery in Australia

Our carrier choice is Australia Post, voted Australia's number 1 delivery company in 2001. All orders can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, including Post Office boxes as an option.
Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box to collect at the local Post Office. Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you as Australia Post couriers cannot call before delivery.
Delivery times are 2-8 working days to anywhere within Australia for items in stock. Some remote areas may take a few days longer. If you would to like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, simply email us at info@kepastore.com.au, let us know which item you are interested in and we will confirm its availability.

www.kepastore.com.au shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your items if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or act of God, failure of Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of the www.kepastore.com.au website.

Returns

You should contact us by e-mail if something is not working after you receive it. To start the Return Authorisation process, please contact us info@kepastore.com.au . All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned . This is as much for your benefit as it is for ours, since a review of goods returned recently as "faulty" revealed that most were incorrectly installed/configured, had driver/software compatibility issues, or conflicts with other hardware not disclosed to us, and most of these could have been resolved without returning them, and saving YOU the postage cost to us and back to you. Without a RA number, it is also difficult to identify who sent the goods, or why they were sent back. Goods returned without authorisation may not be accepted, or held aside pending the issue of a RA number.

Goods returned within the warranty period that are not repairable or have been obsoleted will be replaced with a similar model or given a refund for their current market value, less our restocking charge as outlined below. If you change your mind after purchase, find the goods are incompatible with your equipment, or can't get them to work, you may return unused goods (except software) for a refund of the website-listed product cost (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days. Please note that due to the nature of the computer industry, prices on many components are always falling, and if a product's price has changed significantly since you decided to return it, any refund calculation made will be at the list price on the day it is received by us, less restocking charges as outlined below. We know that you will understand that we can only honour this if the product is returned within this time, unused, in it’s original packaging, and unopened if sealed by the manufacturer.



Refund Policy

Kepa reserves the right to refuse any returns / refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 5% of transaction fee will apply and the transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for authorized refunds. If the reason(s) for Order Cancellation is eligible for refund, Kepa will complete the refund process immediately in most cases. Refunds can be given where goods have been discontinued or Kepa will no longer be able to supply the ordered items(s).



Re-Stocking Charge

When items are returned after 7 days, are returned in a used condition, or if faulty items that have had use are returned some time after purchase in a non-resalable condition, we may have to sell them as used or below our cost. Computer components are especially prone to depreciation due to the rapid pace of new hardware being released, and tend to lose value fairly quickly. If these costs are not paid by those who returned them, they would have to be "shared" by others, which is not fair to all. Used, opened, damaged goods, or goods ordered in specially for you will only be refunded at our discretion, and a restocking charge (minimum 10%) may apply; in addition, a $15 service fee is also payable. We define "Used" to include components that have been even briefly screwed into cases, such as motherboards & expansion cards.

Change of Details

You are responsible for notifying www.kepastore.com.au of any change of name, address, payment details or other relevant details by emailing us at info@kepastore.com.au. Failure to do so may result in you being ultimately responsible for any misdirected items (with regards to deliveries going to the wrong address).

We will acknowledge your contact as soon as possible. We try to resolve most issues immediately, however, where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved. You agree and acknowledge that we own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this website.

You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these terms and conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our website or any part of it in any other matter.

All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the www.kepastore.com.au website, other than to our home page, from their own website or from a third party's web site, without our prior written consent.



Site and Service Updates

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.



Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude www.kepastore.com.au online's liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.

Subject to the above statement, www.kepastore.com.au will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the item. In particular, we will not be liable for breakages.

www.kepastore.com.au will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:

  1. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed
  2. loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
  3. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers


General

www.kepastore.com.au may change or add to these terms and conditions for security, legal or regulatory reasons. We will not use this right to vary the terms of any special offer that applies to you.

The sale of goods takes place only when specific goods are appropriated to the terms and conditions. Relevant Australian law will apply to these terms and conditions and the relevant courts of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
